• Provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Bulk/Wholesale Items

• Return full, unopened cases only.
• Pack cases in an outer box and avoid placing labels on the original packaging.

Non-Wholesale Items

• Packaging must remain unopened. Opened items cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.
